This year marks the 100th anniversary of the passage of the 19th amendment, guaranteeing women the right to vote. Join Dr. Elizabeth Buchanan and Dr. Kathy Mason from the University of Findlay on Sunday, April 26th for a guided book discussion featuring “Why They Marched: Untold Stories of the Women Who Fought for the Right To Vote” by Susan Ware. Share personal stories and connections to women’s equality. Learn more about the history of women’s suffrage, and share personal stories and connections to the struggle for gender equality.

The book is available at the Hancock Historical Museum, Amazon or the Findlay-Hancock County Public Library (limited copies).
