American Girl Victorian Valentine Tea

This event is for children ages 5-12 with an accompanying adult. The tea will highlight the time period of American Girl, Samantha. Guests are encouraged to bring their American Girl doll and come dressed for a tea party! Learn about proper Victorian tea party etiquette, the history of valentine cards and even make one to take home! Tea and refreshments will be served by the Victorian Ladies. Bring the whole family and enjoy variety of Valentine activities at the Hancock Historical Museum! Visitors will be able to create their own vintage Valentines and other crafts, as well as decorate cookies. Play Valentine bingo and take part in a Valentine Scavenger Hunt! Enlighten your lunch hour! Join us for "Andrews' Raiders" presented by Rick Kidwell. Lectures are free for Museum members and the cost of regular admission for nonmembers. Bag lunches from Main Street Deli may be purchased for an additional fee and include a sandwich, chips, cookie, and drink.
